  • What are your shipping timelines?

    We ship daily from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) with most orders being processed the next day or even the same day! However, roasting schedules and other factors can cause minor delays of up to 72hrs. For this reason, we request you allow up to three business days for order processing in addition to the quoted shipping time.

  • Do you ship to the USA?

    We ship to the USA using the US Postal Service. Just a reminder that duties and fees are not charged on coffee orders. 

  • How do I track my package?

    You will receive an email update with a link to track shipping details once the item has been packaged and shipped. We work with Canada Post and UPS for Canadian deliveries. 

    If your delivery is taking longer than anticipated, we ask that you contact the carrier indicated on your tracking information for updates and next steps before contacting us. They are the most appropriate people to help in this case.  

    For shipments to the USA, we work with US Postal Service. The USPS sometimes marks items as “delivered” 24-48hrs prior to delivery. Please contact USPS if you have not received the item after 48 hours from receiving the delivery confirmation email.
