Café Ami Group is a group of coffee companies founded by John and Debbie Hungerford, dedicated to fresh high-quality coffee and food products, superior customer service and attractive comfortable settings designed to provide an exceptional coffee experience.
In their early years of courtship, John and Debbie recognized that there were few places in Vancouver to share a good cup of coffee, where patrons were encouraged to linger and enjoy their coffee in a warm, welcoming environment. With this in mind, in the late 1980s, Café Ami Group pioneered the concept of the comfortable “friendly” coffee house in Vancouver, complete with soft, inviting furniture and a setting designed for relaxation and friendly conversation.
